Find your size from an existing collar:
Step 1. Select a collar that fits your dog well
Step 2. Place the collar on a flat surfaceStep 3. Measure as shown in the diagram between (Point A) and the best fitting hole (Point B). Note that the hole that best
fits your dog may not be in the middle position on your collar. Make sure to measure to the best fitting.
Step 4. Round to the nearest inch. When in doubt between two sizes, size up.
Find your size using a soft tape measure/ string:
Step 1. Find a piece of string long enough to measure your dogs neck.Step 2. Have your dog sit.
Step 3. Place the string around the neck in the position that your dogs collar naturally sits.
Step 4. Make sure to leave enough room to comfortably fit 2 fingers under the string, and accurately find the point where the string meets itself.Step 5. Keeping track of the point, remove the string from your dog’s neck and lay it flat so it can be measured.
Step 6. Round to the nearest inch. When in doubt between two sizes, size up.

XL 22-25"Your dogs measurement in inches directly corresponds to the same number on our numerical sizing chart. For example; a measurement of 16” is equal to the middle hole of a size 16 collar.
This is shown as the measurement between points A and B in the diagram above. Make sure not to include the length of the buckle in your measurement.
Note: the best fitting hole on your existing collar, if using for reference, may not be the middle hole. Make sure to still measure to the best fitting hole regardless of position. Please refer to the measurement guide for detailed instructions on how to choose the correct size.

If you have selected the tracking option at checkout you may monitor the status of your package in real time. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail including your tracking number you can follow the process of your order by entering your tracking number on the Canada post website.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates may vary depending on where the package is being shipped to. For accurate fees, please verify in your shopping cart before checking out. Local pickup is also an option at checkout- we are located in Edmonton, Alberta.
Stock items in original, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange for 30 days following the date of purchase. Custom orders are always a final sale. Refund orders may be subject to restocking charges of 10-20% at our discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment - this may take several business days to process depending on your service provider.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned/exchanged items. This includes duty charges, so if you are shipping a return from a country other than Canada, please be sure to mark the package 'Return of Goods' on the customs forms to avoid duty charges - any duty charges incurred for us to receive returned items back will be deducted off of the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
